1. What is your innovation??
The innovation consists in sustainability and durability of the social project. Because the business model for social franchising reflects the proving operating system, operating standards, procedures and mechanisms. The social impact of the project consists in solving the problems of young unemployed. Along with this, the developed model will take into the consideration social needs of vulnerable people from developing regions.
2. Who gains the most??
The graduated students that are not able to find a job will manage the social businesses. Second, the employers, that will be people from vulnerable and excluded layers of the society. And third, the civil society with specific needs, from developing regions
4. What is your success??
Success for first 12 months: the social franchising model will be tested and improved. At least 5 running social businesses will be supported Success three years from now: at least 15 developing regions will run the developed social franchising model, being employed about 45 people from vulnerable layers Success five years from now: strong brand known at least in all European countries, contributing to 12% reduction of unemployment rate of young people and having employed at least 135 people
5. How will you do it??
Partnerships with Ministries and Social Responsible Corporations that will support regulatory and financially the project. As well as partnerships with research and consulting institutions that will support by sharing management knowledge and experience to young people that will conduct the social businesses
