American Soybean Association (ASA) CEO Steve Censky announced Thursday that Patrick Delaney has assimilated ASA as Communications Director, effective Dec. 15. Delaney is formed in Washington, D.C. within ASA?s Washington Policy Representative Office of Gordley Associates.
